Cooling-Off Period: When you first sign up, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your membership for any reason and receive a full refund. This right begins on the day your membership starts.
Membership Cancellations: You can cancel your monthly / annual membership at any time. To do so, simply log in to your account and visit the My Membership section or contact us at izzosewstudio@uscreen.support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, meaning you will retain access to all content until that date. You will not be charged for any subsequent months / years.
Free Trials or Introductory Offers: If you joined via a free trial or introductory offer, you have a further 14-day cooling-off period from the date your first full payment is taken. We will notify you before your trial ends.
How Refunds Are Processed: Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of your cancellation request, using the same payment method you used to sign up.
What We Don't Refund: We do not offer refunds for partial months outside of the cooling-off period, or where a membership has been used in full during the billing period. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we reasonably believe our terms of use have been violated.
